If you a business owner in todays world of technology you better be treating your customers with some respect.  I’m an avid antique care enthusiast and love a good collector car auction.  I often spend hours watching the Barrett Jackson auctions being recapped on television and have often wondered how people could spend that much money on a car.  Well as it turns out another rather well know classic car auction company has really ticked off some of its buyers and sellers alike. Once such disgruntled person has not only went to the papers but has started his own blog called Kruse Internation Rippoff.  After reading his site I for one would be scared to death to buy or sell any expensive car through an auction.  It doesnt make you any profit if you never get paid.  If you’d like to read the whole story about how a business has really went wrong in their handling of clients and customers you’ll love reading his site and others with similar complaints.  As a small business owner my self I must say I had never really considered just the impact the internet could have on ones business.
